凡通过Digicat官方购买,可在自签收次日起七日内享受无理由退货服务(指定产品除外)。用户须保证退换货商品保持原有品质和功能、外观完好、商品本身及配件的商标和各种标识完整齐全,并必须用原封条包装、不影响二次销售,如有赠品需与商品一并退回。商品无质量问题(不影响商品二次销售为前提),商品支持免费退换,物流费用需由买家自理。

指定产品说明:自顾客收到商品之后,商品被使用(外包装被拆封),且此商品属于以下产品系列,包括但不限于厨具、清洁、美妆、以及涉及产品卫生问题等。

如果物品有质量问题,请在线提交退换货申请,我们将在1个工作日内处理。如果商品出现人为损坏、包装箱缺失、零配件缺失的情况,不予办理。

7.退货申请批准后,请您按照客服提供的退货RMA地址和流程进行退货,并且负担货物退回我方仓库的运费。如您没有申请退货,直接退回发货仓库,我方将不予退款;您需要对产品在运输过程中的安全和货损负责,直到我们的工作人员收到您的产品为止,对于运输过程中可能发生的任何丢失或损坏,我们将不承担任何责任。

8.在收到退回的产品,并确认产品完好的状态后,我们会尽快给您操作退款,并给您发送电子邮件确认。

9.我们保留对本政策作出改变的权利,并且将不再另行通知。

问题产品,如何申请换货服务?

自用户签收次日起一年内,如果产品出现故障或损坏、非人为损坏性能故障等问题,必须提交损坏或损坏的照片或短视频证明交付支持中心或及时与在线客服沟通,并经由Digicat技术中心检测确认后,我们将在1-3个工作日内处理您的物品办理售后换货业务、更换整套商品等服务。

9、   其他非产品本身设计、制造、质量等问题而导致的故障和损坏;

退款相关

自Digicat确认退款申请之日起3个工作日内向用户返还已支付的货款,将以原路退换方式直接返还账户钱包或付款账号。具体到账日期可能会受银行、支付机构等因素影响。

Return request is available within 1 working day after delivery for any reason.  All returns must be in good condition with the original quality, feature, and its tags, labels, and packing. Items must be packed with original seal, and does not affect the secondary sales or return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue. Gifts must be returned within same parcel. Goods support free return and exchange, delivery fees are payable by customers.

Description of designated product: After the customer receives the product, the product is used (the outer package is unsealed), and the product belongs to the following product series, including but not limited to kitchenware, cleaning, cosmetics, and related product hygiene problems.

If items have quality issues, please apply online return submission and most returns are processed within 3-10 business days. In case of man-made damage, missing packing and spare parts, application may be declined.

  1. If the product is not one of DigiCat’s exclusive brands, the return policy does not apply.
  2.
